Engine V-6 Atkinson, united with the easy electromotor, new RX offers technical characteristics more inherent in engines V-8, but with the best fuel economy, even in comparison with middle size sedans. In figures it turns out 7.3 l./8.4 on 100 km in a city and on a line accordingly, it on 16 … 20 % more low, than the previous version. But to be a hybrid, does not mean to lose in capacity or dynamism. New RX 450h 250 h.p. (in aggregate petrol and the electric motor) possess that on 27 h.p. it is more in comparison with available RX400h. Safety RX proves to be true presence of 10 pillows of the safety integrated by the monitoring system behind dynamics of the car (VDIM), ABS, the stability and pull-rod monitoring system (VSC). Besides RX it will be equipped with system of a starting engine operation, an adaptive lighting system (AFS) and system of prevention of crash (PCS). It is entertaining – the information system is equipped by the newest navigating equipment, with the remote dispatcher and the new touch display.
